PMDD / Perimenopause game changer

21 May 2025

This device has helped me to feel like myself again, my symptoms are so much less severe than they used to be! I have been diagnosed with PMDD as a result of early perimenopause - the mood related symptoms were overwhelming, and I would often need to miss at least one day of work each cycle as a result.

This has been an actual gamechanger for my pmdd

8 Aug 2025

I have had a wonderful three months so far. The Nettle headband has helped with my cramps and my PMDD extreme emotions. The app that you use along with it has meditation for each phase of your period. It also let's you log all of your emotions, over or under eating, really anything that you associate with your menstrual cycle. The longer you use it and the more often you log things the more info it has to show you how you are really feeling and doing. You can compare the changes over the months easily. The people that work at the company and I think the founder are so responsive and helpful with every question and issue that I have had. I really love this company. It is weird to say I feel seen and cared for by them. I just don't think I have felt like this with any other business.

Nettle has been life-changing for me

6 Apr 2025

Nettle has been life-changing for me. It has significantly improved my mental health, not just during the intense phases of PMDD before my period. But I actually feel much better during the rest of my cycle, too. The improvement of my pain has been slower and has little effect in my case so far, but I don't mind that, considering how well it works for my mood. Samphire has been truly brilliant in supporting me with questions I've had and also have been very generous when it came to technical issues. The founder Emilie is very accessible, and makes time for you. I am routing for Samphire Nettle and hope that many women will benefit from it - I certainly tell everyone about it.
