Because neuroplastic benefits typically develop through consistent use over time, our returns policies are designed to give you sufficient time to experience the full potential of our technology and determine if it's right for you.

A 30 day no-questions asked returns policy applies to all purchases ordered to addresses in the United States of America.
Europe and the United Kingdom
Extended Nettle™ Returns Policy
Residents in Europe and the United Kingdom may take advantage of an extended 90 day returns period for Nettle™. To take advantage of this return you will need to provide proof of usage during the 90 day window, or explain why you were unable to use Nettle™ as recommended.
This helps us guarantee your return and understand how we might improve our product.
Standard Returns
In addition to the extended returns policy (above), a default 30 days returns period applies for all sales.
Other Countries
A 30 day no-questions asked returns policy applies to all purchases ordered to addresses in other countries.
Initiating a return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@samphireneuro.com with the following details:
- initial order details (order number and receipt details); and
- reason for return.
Costs and responsibilities
There are no restocking fees associated with the return of any of our products. However, you are responsible for making sure that the product gets safely back to one of our global warehouses.
This includes covering any applicable shipping fees and taxes associated with the return shipment. We can only issue a refund once the item has safely arrived back at our warehouse, so please do consider adding tracking or insurance.
We currently accept returns being delivered to warehouses in the United Kingdom and the United States. You'll be provided with the relevant addresses for shipping as part of the returns process.

In all cases your statutory right to returns is unaffected by our additional returns guarantees. You can initiate a return in line with your statutory rights at any time by contacting our support team at support@samphireneuro.com.
