About the role

Samphire is building brain-based medical devices for conditions that have been underserved by medicine for decades — PMDD, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, migraine, ADHD, and cancer-related pain. We are a small team doing consequential work, and we hire slowly and deliberately. When we find the right person, we find a way.

Backgrounds we are particularly interested in, though not limited to:

• Regulatory affairs (FDA device experience, especially de novo or PMA)
• Health economics and payer strategy (US market)
• Medical communications and KOL engagement
• Clinical research and evidence generation
• Commercial and business development in medtech
