Clinical Partnerships & Commercial Associate

Full Time / Part Time (Los Angeles / Southern California)

Open our first US clinical partners and grow into commercial ownership at a brain-based medical device company entering the women's health market.

About the role

We are building non-invasive neuromodulation devices for conditions like PMDD, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and migraine — conditions that hormonal and surgical approaches have consistently underserved. Our PMDD 510(k) and endometriosis de novo pathways are active. CREST26, our pivotal US trial, is underway.

This role is for a women's health clinician ready to step from practice into industry. You'll start where your credibility is strongest — in the room with specialist physicians, recruiting and onboarding our first US clinical partners — and grow into the commercial side of the business as our clearances approach. You lead with clinical expertise; we'll back you to build the commercial muscle around it.

It is a role for someone energised by the generative, early phase who wants ownership over what comes next rather than a defined lane. This is a full-time or part-time position, US-based (Los Angeles / Southern California preferred).

What you'll do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard Frontier Clinical Partners for US clinical and commercial pilots.
  • Be the clinical peer in the room with OB/GYN, endometriosis, and pelvic-pain specialists — and lead the onboarding and training that turns a partner into an active prescriber.
  • Define and track pilot success metrics — activation, per-clinic utilisation, and patient retention — with our clinical and product teams.
  • Grow into US commercial launch planning and execution as 510(k) and de novo clearance approaches.

What we're looking for

  • US-based (Los Angeles / Southern California preferred), with an active clinical credential in women's health — WHNP, NP, RN, or equivalent — and patient-facing experience in OB/GYN, fertility, pelvic-floor / pelvic-pain, or a closely related area.
  • Clinical credibility to hold a substantive, peer-level conversation with specialist physicians about evidence and mechanism.
  • A genuine drive to move into commercial and business development — energised by outreach, ownership, and the generative early phase.
  • Organised and data-disciplined — comfortable owning a CRM and turning field activity into clean metrics.
  • Comfortable operating without a large team — this role is generative, not managerial, at the start.
  • Bonus: existing relationships with OB/GYN, fertility, or pelvic-pain clinics; exposure to medical device or neuromodulation; a track record of improving a clinical workflow or running a quality-improvement project.
  • Prior sales or quota experience is not required — we expect the right clinician to grow into the commercial side.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and meaningful equity.
  • Private health coverage and employer pension contributions.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • A small, senior team where you own something consequential from day one.
