Clinical Commercial / BD Lead
Full Time / Part Time (United States)
Own the US commercial launch and clinical partner network for a brain-based medical device company entering the women's health market.
About the role
We are building non-invasive neuromodulation devices for conditions like PMDD, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and migraine — conditions that hormonal and surgical approaches have consistently underserved. Our PMDD 510(k) and endometriosis de novo pathways are active. CREST26, our pivotal US trial, is underway.
This role starts in clinical partnership development and evolves into full ownership of US commercial launch. It is a role for someone energised by the generative, early phase who has the commercial credibility to execute what comes after it.
This is a full-time or part-time position, US-based (California preferred).
What you'll do
- Identify, recruit, and contract Frontier Clinical Partners for US clinical and commercial pilots.
- Define and track pilot success metrics with clinical and product teams.
- Own US commercial launch planning and execution as 510(k) and de novo clearance approaches.
- Build payer relationships and develop clinical partner recruitment strategy as the commercial footprint scales.
What we're looking for
- US-based with an existing network in women's health medtech, OB/GYN, or psychiatry.
- Demonstrated track record of clinical partnership development and commercialisation in medtech.
- Some experience with payer engagement and reimbursement strategy in the US market.
- Comfortable operating without a large team — this role is generative, not managerial, at the start.
- Bonus: direct experience in PMDD, endometriosis, or neuromodulation; existing relationships with IDNs or OB/GYN practices; prior US medical device launch experience.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and meaningful equity.
- Private health coverage and employer pension contributions.
- Generous paid time off.
- A small, senior team where you own something consequential from day one.
