Returning a device that has been rented
In certain markets, our devices are available to rent. If you are renting your device, you're bound by the minimum term length of your rental, and cannot return your device early.
If you'd like to return your device after that minimum term length, please just reach out to our support team at support@samphireneuro.com and we’ll be happy to help. Once we receive your device, we’ll make sure you’re not charged for the next billing cycle.
