Can I share my device with friends?

Each Samphire App account is designed for a single person — CycleSync™ personalizes your protocol, schedules your sessions, and learns over time based on your symptoms and life stage. Sharing an account would mix two people's data and reduce the accuracy of those recommendations.

It is technically possible to share a Samphire Headband (whether the Nettle™ or Lutea™ model) across multiple Samphire App accounts. However, we do not recommend this — it can lead to a less positive experience, including reduced battery life and increased device wear.

Samphire's warranty is provided on the basis that the device is used by a single person — we cannot guarantee the device's lifespan or performance if it is used by multiple people.
