My Nettle™ turns off when it gets to the pre-session contact tests

In rare cases, your Nettle™ may turn off just after starting the pre-session checks and become unresponsive.

If this occurs, it means that there was not enough battery to properly start the session.

You can reset the device by inserting the medical charger.

Please ensure the device is dry before charging, then charge it for up to 5 hours until the LED turns white and try starting your session again.

In any case, if you continue to experience charging related issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team who can assist you further.
