My delivery address is incorrect
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes on our side. At that stage, only the local carrier can update or redirect the parcel.
If you notice an error with your delivery address after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact your local carrier directly using the tracking number provided. They should be able to correct the address or arrange alternative delivery options.
If the carrier is unable to update the details and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you via support@samphireneuro.com to arrange a reshipment.
