Do I pay duties buying physical Samphire products?

Samphire sends its products under a shipping term known as Deliver Duty Paid (or DDP), meaning that we will take care of any duties or payments that may occur in getting our product from our warehouse to you.

If you are asked by customs or shipping authorities to pay a duty when having an item purchased directly from Samphire's online store delivered to you, please contact our support team so we can assist you in resolving this matter.

Please note that this only applies for the delivery of Samphire's products to our supported markets. If you are using any kind of third party shipping forwarding service, or other custom arrangement, we will not be able to support you with arranging shipping on a duty paid basis.
