Why Nettle™ might not work for you
While Nettle™ can provide relief from menstrual pain and improve mood for many users in a statistically and clinically significant manner, there are instances where it may not yield optimal results. Various factors may contribute to not gaining the most effective menstrual pain and mood improvement.
Firstly - and most importantly - consistency plays a pivotal role in the effectiveness of Nettle™. Inconsistent use or incorrect schedules from the beginning may hinder Nettle™’s ability to induce neuroplastic changes effectively. Usually, the most likely reason someone may not be benefitting from Nettle™ is because they have not completed the required number of sessions at the right time. Luckily, this is in your control!
Secondly, hormonal fluctuations leading to menstrual cycle alterations over time impact the treatment schedule alignment, which could diminish therapy efficacy. However, Nettle™ is paired with Samphire’s mobile application which, through CycleSync (and integrations, if enabled, to Apple Health and other tracking sources), is learning together with you about changes in your body. Luckily, this is also largely in your control - the better you monitor and track your body’s signals related to your menstrual cycle, the more CycleSync will learn about you to better predict your menstrual cycles and determine optimal session timings.
Finally, like with any medical treatment, Nettle™ may not work for everyone - though the proportion of people who do not respond to Nettle™ is understood to be very small given existing clinical trial results and assuming consistent tracking and use.
To maximise your success with Nettle™ therapy, prioritising consistency in treatment adherence is key. Remain in sync with your hormonal changes and be ready to adjust the treatment schedule as needed. Consulting healthcare professionals can offer valuable insights and guidance in customising Nettle™ therapy to suit your individual requirements.
