Attaching your Nettle™ Loop

The Nettle™ Loop is an optional accessory that can improve contact with the head and Nettle™. You can order a Loop on our website at www.samphireneuro.com. To attach your Loop follow the steps below.

1. Align the Loop with your Nettle™

Make sure the S on your Loop (labelled 1 in the image above) is the same side as the S on your Nettle™.

2. Attach the Loop

Hook the S-side Loop arm onto your Nettle™ and push down to ensure it is firmly in place (labelled 2 in the first image). Hook the blank arm onto the other side of your Nettle™ and again push down to ensure it is firmly in place.

3. Place Nettle™ on your head

Position your Nettle™ as normal on the top of your head with the elastic Loop strap at the back of your head - near your neck. If you have long hair, it might help to tie it up or pull it through so that the elastic Loop strap is underneath.

4. Adjust the strap

Slide the plastic buckle (labelled 3 in the first image) on the elastic Loop strap to tighten or loosen. Your Nettle™ should fit tightly to the head but not be uncomfortable to wear.

5. Run your session

After running your Nettle™ session, detach the Loop to ensure easy cleaning and drying.
