How long should Nettle™'s battery last?

Batteries are typically discharged during shipping. After receiving Nettle™, you should charge your device fully with a provided medical charger.

Nettle™'s LED indicator is red while charging and turns to white when fully charged.

It should take ~5 hours to fully charge the device. If you see a purple LED it means that the charger is inserted but not actually charging the device. This usually means that the medical charger has not been correctly connected to the wall socket.

A fully charged battery should provide at least 1 month of regular use (i.e. 7-10 sessions).

However, we recommend charging your device a few days before travelling or before the start of your scheduled sessions.
