What do the different LED light colours on my device mean?
The LED indicators on both Nettle™ and Lutea™ helps you understand its current status at a glance.
- Red means your device is charging
- White means it’s fully charged
- Purple shows the charger is plugged in but not charging — check the cable connection
- Green (solid) means your device is actively stimulating during a session
- Green (flashing) means the session is paused
- Blue (solid) means your device is connected to the app but not yet stimulating
- Blue (flashing) means your device is waiting to connect
- Red (flashing before a session) indicates low battery
- White (flashing during a session) signals a contact error
- Red (flashing during a session) means another type of error occurred
These indicators are designed to help you confirm the charging status and identify any connection or session issues before continuing use. If you continue to experience problems, try a hard reset by holding the power button for 10–15 seconds, and contact support@samphireneuro.com if the issue persists.
