Refunding my App Membership

If you've experienced an issue with our app and would like a refund, we're happy to support this. The way to receive a refund differs on where you first purchased the membership.

Purchased membership directly in our Apple or Google apps

Requests for refunds for in app purchases can be made directly to the Google and Apple play stores.

Purchased membership on our website, such as alongside a device purchase
