Duty Free Locations

Deliveries to customers located in the following areas should arrive duty free, with no additional charges payable by the customer:

• United States
• European Union
• United Kingdom.

If you have ordered from us to one of the above locations, and the shipping carrier is asking you to pay duties, please reach out to our support team. They will liaise with you and the carrier to solve the situation.

Please note that this only applies for the delivery of Samphire's products to our supported markets. If you are using any kind of third party shipping forwarding service, or other custom arrangement, we will not be able to support you with arranging shipping on a duty paid basis.
