How long should the battery last?

A fully charged device battery typically lasts for 7–10 sessions, or about 1 month of use. You only need to charge it once a month, but we recommend topping up before a trip or a new session cycle after the device hasn’t been used for a while.

Batteries are typically discharged during shipping, so we recommend fully charging your device before first use using the provided charger.

• The LED indicator will turn red while charging and white when the device is fully charged.
• A purple LED means the charger is connected but the device is not charging, try unplugging and reinserting the cable.
• It usually takes around 5 hours to fully charge the device. A full charge should support at least 1 month of regular use (approximately 7–10 sessions), but we recommend charging a few days before travel or before the start of your session cycle to ensure smooth use.
• If the device turns off right after beginning a session, it may be due to low battery. Insert the charger to reset and recharge the device. Please make sure the device is completely dry before charging.
