Why does my device's battery seem to drain too quickly?
If your Lutea™ or Nettle™ seems to lose charge within a few days or shuts down mid-session, it likely just needs a longer, deeper charge.
Try connecting it to its charger overnight (or for at least 5 hours) to allow the internal battery to recalibrate. When charging correctly, the LED light will turn red, and once fully charged, it will switch to white.
If the LED turns purple, it means the charger is plugged in but not properly connected, try adjusting the cable until it returns to red.
